Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items, gift cards, undergarments, and customized products are non-returnable.
Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at returns@industryfools.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
